Diani Reef Beach Resort and Spa offers 143 bedrooms comprising of doubles, twins, deluxe, inter-connecting rooms, a selection of suites including Junior, Penthouse and Presidential suites. All rooms have a view of the magnificent Indian Ocean. 

Standard Garden & Sea Facing Rooms
 All standard Diani Reef Beach Resort and Spa hotel rooms come fully equipped with TVs offering a variety of satellite channels, as well as Internet plugs for all email & web surfing requirements. The centrally air conditioned hotel rooms contain mini-bars, hair dryers, tea/coffee making facility, complimentary daily mineral water, electronic safe, shampoo, bathing gel, soap and moisturizer. It encompasses an area of 36 sq. meters, which includes the verandah/ sit-out terrace.

Deluxe
The Deluxe hotel room has a total area of 44 sq. meters with additional amenities including bathrobes, slippers, extra lounge area, satellite television and Jacuzzi in the bathroom.


Junior Suites
 The junior suite accommodation at Diani reef has a total area of 86.93 sq. meters, which has an open plan lounge, dining area and bedroom. It has all basic facilities in the room, as that of a standard room. There is an additional TV provided in the lounge area of the suite.
 

Penthouse Suites
With a private verandah of its own, the Penthouse suite accommodation at Diani Reef Beach Resort and Spa overlooks the wide ocean and the Diani beach. It has a total area of 198.73 sq. meters. With subtle, but fine interiors, the luxury suite provides an open plan lounge seating, dining room and bedroom. 

Presidential Suites
 The Presidential suite has a separate lounge, dining area and a dedicated bar with an open-plan bedroom, as well. With a total area of 228.61 sq. meters, the luxury suite accommodation is provided with all the basic features. In addition to that it also has the facility of a dedicated butler service on request. The presidential suite room has a walk- in closet and a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. 

Facilities and Services

The Diani Reef Beach Resort and Spa  has 24 - hour executive center for business guests. It facilitates include a boardroom, work station and secretarial services. Guests can choose from three restaurants : Coral Rock Cafe, Sake Oriental Restaurant and Fins seafood and grill. All serving international cuisine. 

The resort has six bars and a pastry shop: Zebra Square Bar and Piano Lounge, Dunes, Pool Bar, Coral Deck Bar, Waves Bar and Ice cream Corner and Sins- The Night Club.
