Ubora Health Centre We care about you health and fitness and Ubora Health Centre boasts a well equipped facilities manned by qualified staff. A health consultant is always available to provide much needed nutrition, diet and exercise related advice to our members.
The gym features the latest state of art work out equipments, with relaxation rooms for gents and ladies, each comprising of spacious rest areas, steam and sauna, massage room, barber and salon.
The gym and fitness center incorporating a sauna and massage parlor will cater for both residents and non-residents. The center has a capacity to cater for over two hundred members.
