Meru National Park

is a fine example of a classic savannah Landscape defined by the rivers that form its land scape with  diversity of its habitats,Meru National Park offers unique watching opportunities with the northern plains boast of Elephant,Lion and Cheetah  among many other wilds.

With an altitude of 366-914, Meru National Park is found in Meru District of Eastern Province348 kms from Nairobi-Nanyuki route. Even though the parks are part of semi arid zone, with irregular rainfall,there is awet seasons.Opened at 6:00am-6:00pm also during the public holidays,at present the parks do not have Safari Card thus payment is done at the entry through cash Ksh or Us$.
